Lost Yourself in Homeschooling? You’re Not the Only One
If you’re a homeschool mom feeling lost, I get you, and I’ve been there. And as I’ve coached women for nearly a decade, I also know you’re not alone. Between lessons, meal prep, driving everyone hither and yon, absorbing everyone’s emotions, and addressing everyone else’s needs, it’s easy to lose track of yourself. You might not even be sure when it happened.

In this video, I ask you the question most moms never get asked: how are you, really? You’ll walk away feeling seen, like you’re normal, and also clear that you really can do something about it.
A Question to Sit With
When was the last time you felt like yourself? What was different then? Many moms feeling lost in their homeschool can’t remember, and that’s okay. It’s a starting point.
