Let’s assess your past year:
- What are the first things you think of when you think about this past year?
- What are the highlights of your last year?
- What are the lowlights of your last year?
- What are the external challenges you faced?
- What are the things you worked on in yourself?
- What did you learn about how you want to show up?
- What were you able to accomplish in your internal work?
- What are the stories you’ve told yourself?
- What are the conditioned patterns you see in yourself?
- What are your vision words for the past year?
- How has your vision developed over the year?
- What were your personal goals?
- How did homeschool work for you this last year?
- How did the rhythm or routine work for you?
- Have you focussed on what you want? Rate it on a scale from 1 to 10.
- How did you use your resources, time, or skills?
- How have you changed the world?

- How do you want to feel in the upcoming year?
- What are the stories you want to tell yourself in the upcoming year?
- What are the conditioned patterns you want to address in yourself in the upcoming year?
- How do you want to use my resources, time, or skills?
- What do you hope to learn?
- How do you want to change your world?
- What are your vision words for the next year?
- What are your personal goals?
- What activities help develop you?
- What activities help nourish you?
- What activities help you feel connected with family/friends?
- What activities help you feel connected in your homeschool experience?
- How do you want to show up in your homeschool this next year?
- How do you want the routine to work for you better?
- How do you want homeschool to work with who you actually are?
- What are the activities you can include in your routine for self-care, self-development, your business, and your creativity?
Here’s a guide to planning your upcoming homeschool year:
- What is the first thing you think of when you think about this past homeschool year?
- What are the highlights from your last year?
- What are the lowlights from your last year?
- What are the things you need to engage with each of your children to make your homeschool or family life work for each of them?
- What did each of them like to learn?
- What do they like to learn?
- How do they learn?
- Look at each “subject area” to see what you did.
- What challenges do you anticipate for learning and life for them in the upcoming year?
- What are your vision words for each of your kids this upcoming year?
- What are your children’s present goals?
- How did homeschool work for each of them last year?
- How did the rhythm or routine work for each of them?
- What is your relationship like and how do you need to develop?
